What I Love About These Blondies No Mixer Needed. The batter gets mixed in a mixing bowl with a whisk. Super easy and convenient. The combination of bourbon and pecans is a classic southern flavor combination that really works well. They have a wonderful buttery sweet flavor from lots of brown sugar and toffee bits. They have a chewy texture around the edges and are a little moist and gooey in the middle. Only pantry ingredients are needed, plus a little bourbon from the liquor cabinet! Bourbon
