My fresh strawberry jam has all the flavor of traditional jam, but it’s much quicker and easier to make. This easy recipe is perfect for whipping up a batch of fresh jam for breakfast or brunch without spending an inordinate amount of time in the kitchen.

I love homemade jam, but I don’t love spending a ton of time in the kitchen. With this recipe, I can have the best of both worlds. Using arrowroot or cornstarch allows me to get the perfect jam texture with much less stovetop work, and it comes out just as delicious as traditional jam. Win!
