Gluten Free Flour: I have tested this recipe for almond biscotti with King Arthur Measure for Measure, Bob’s Red Mill and my own Gluten Free Flour Blend. The almond biscotti cookies made with Bob’s Red Mill were drier and crumblier than the ones made with the King Arthur flour. Overall, my first choice for gluten free Almond Biscotti is the Measure for Measure blend
