The cookies have a rich flavor from the brown butter and a little tang from the sourdough discard. With crispy edges and gooey centers, these Gluten Free Sourdough Discard Chocolate Chip Cookies may be my favorite chocolate chip cookies ever (and if you know me, you know how much I love my gluten free chocolate chip cookies)
