They really know how to make the most from meat, cheese (optional), veggies, and condiments. Add some secret sauce, and they can turn anything into a fantastic sandwich masterpiece. These homemade corned beef sandwiches were inspired by a Jewish deli in New York where I lived. I miss that place.
