A NOSTALGIC LUNCH RECIPE
So, way back when I worked at a local credit union, I used to get these Kmart Subs for lunch a lot. Kmart was right across the street and it was a steal of a deal when I’d grab a sub. You’d get the deli sub, some chips, and a fountain drink all for $2.99. That’s unheard of nowadays! Kmart would make the subs in the morning, wrap them in plastic and put them into the cooler.
