Preserved Lemons are very easy to make at home, and a delicious addition to any salad, or great part of any Mediterranean recipes with fish or chicken. But remember that it takes three weeks to let the lemons ferment properly. If you love preserved lemons like I do, you can use an entire lemon in one dish so you may want to make more than one jar.
