Tender, bouncy, and so moist, these pumpkin banana muffins are the perfect Fall baking treat! They’re perfect for on-the-go mornings or whenever you feel like you need something sweet!

Ingredients for Pumpkin Banana Muffins Flour Baking powder Baking soda Ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice – whichever one you have will work! Granulated sugar Salt Vegetable oil or avocado oil – we want a neutral tasting oil so it won’t overpower the rest of the muffin! Vanilla bean paste – I like using vanilla bean paste because the flavor is more intense but if you don’t have it, that’s fine too. Vanilla extract works just as well! Pumpkin puree – plain, pureed pumpkin, not pumpkin pie filling with all the added spices
