What Is Seafood Seasoning?
Seafood seasoning is the perfect blend of numerous spices combined to give the ultimate seasoning for fish and other seafood! It’s smokey, savory, and very aromatic to bring a punch of flavor to mild flavors of seafood. Truthfully, it’s not just for fish and seafood. I’ve used this seafood seasoning on roasted and grilled vegetables and it’s really tasty!
It’s similar to Cajun seasoning (but without the spice) and also blackening seasoning. I wouldn’t say it’s like fajita seasoning though as that blend has a prominent amount of chili powder.
