Recipe Ingredient Notes

Gluten Free Flour: I have tested this recipe for gluten free biscuits with 4 different gluten-free flours blends and the best blend to use in this recipe is Cup4Cup. The addition of cornstarch creates a lighter crumb and therefore allows the biscuits to rise.
