This is such a delicious smoothie.

I use fresh baby spinach leaves for added fiber and nutrients. 

It practically adds no calories but does add great health benefits. One cup of fresh spinach has only 7 calories! 

I mean this when I say, you will not taste the spinach!

I couldn’t believe it the first time I tried it.

This smoothie is a great pick me up any time of day. A great pick-me-up breakfast smoothie, midday snack, and even a healthy high fiber
