This miso sesame ginger dressing is sweet, tangy and intensely savory. We use two kinds of vinegar, rich miso paste, soy sauce and a ton of grated fresh ginger to make a salad dressing that is equally intense and complex.
This isn’t a delicate dressing: it brings a big punch of flavor to whatever you put it on. And if you love heat, go all in with the chili flakes!
I love to use this dressing in a simple kale salad, drizzled over roasted mushrooms, or even as a dipping sauce for crispy steak bites. Use it however you would use your favorite sesame dressing. You can’t go wrong!
